Este posibil oare?!!!&lt;br /&gt;Cand am deschis acest blog, m-am gandit la doua motive in principal. Primul a fost, sa incerc sa comunic cu dummneavoastra mai pe inteles, fara un limbaj tehnic profesional, cum se impune pe site-ul (&lt;a href="http://www.rotarex.ro/"&gt;www.rotarex.ro&lt;/a&gt;) de prezentare al firmei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="IT" style="color: #444444;"&gt;Asa cum, cu multi dintre dumneavoastra am discutat personal sau telefonic. Cel de-al doilea motiv, a fost de a va da posibilitatea, sa postati pareri si a incerca sa facem impreuna mai bine, ceea ce incercam sa facem noi azi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span lang="IT" style="color: #444444;"&gt;Inca de la inceput se impune precizarea ca, pentru a obtine o casa in conditiile sus amintite, este nevoie ca dumneavoastra clientii, sa cunoasteti cateva lucruri esentiale pentru a reusii:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="margin-left: 36.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; text-indent: -18.0pt;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT" style="color: #444444;"&gt;1.&lt;span style="font: 7pt &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT" style="color: #444444;"&gt;Existenta terenului. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span lang="IT" style="color: #444444;"&gt;Este esential, inainte de orice alte demersuri sa stiti daca terenul pe care il detineti, sau urmeaza sa-l cumparati, este un teren destinat construirii de locuinte. Daca plecati la drum cu un buget redus este bine sa nu incercati sa obtineti camere mai mari, sau mai multe, pentru ca suprafata desfasurata creste exponential , marirea unor camere dtermina de multe ori marirea celorlalte. De exemplu, o casa din zidarie, asa cum dintotdeauna romanii au construit, se facea in formatul de 10 x 12m la parter, si aceasi suprafata desfasurata la etaj sau mansarda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="PT-BR"&gt;In total 240 mpSD. O asemenea casa are o suprafata utila de cca 125mp. Casaele din lemn si structura metalica cu o suprafata utila de 125mp, nu depasesc 170mpSD. De aici reiese o diferenta de 70 mp suprafata desfasurata, suprafata la care se fac toate ofertele. Marea greseala care o fac clientii este ca toti doresc sa stie pretul la metru patrat si nimeni nu intelege ca daca preturilr ar fi egale, la sistemele clasice tot mai trebuie sa platesti (chiar si cu acelasi pret al metrului patrat) diferenta de 70mp din exemplul nostru. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Daca faceti un calcul simplu o sa intelegeti de ce trebuie sa existe diferenta reala intre preturi. Majoritatea se asteapta sa existe o diferenta majora la pretul pe metrul patrat suprafata desfasurata si daca nu e asa atunci nu mai rationeaza ca o casa ca cea din exemplul nostru este mai mare doar la exterior si ocupa terenul, dar cu aceeasi suprafata utila si mai scumpa cu cca. 25-30 mii euro. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"&gt;c.&lt;/b&gt; &lt;i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"&gt;Modele de case standard&lt;/i&gt;. Multe dintre modelele&amp;nbsp; prezentate pe site-ul nostru sunt foarte bine optimizate, puteti sa le adaptati la ternul&amp;nbsp; si necesitatile dumneavoastra fara sa trebuiasca sa modificati suprafetele si in acest caz si pretul. Daca se cunoaste modelul de casa dorit si marimea acestuia, puteti primi oferte clare care sa fie respectate. Am mai spus si repet mereu, cele mai &lt;span id="goog_2031288090"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="goog_2031288091"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;mari greseli care le fac cei ce construiesc cu firme sau echipe de meseriasi sunt:&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; - Va bazati pe putina experienta proprie culeasa din mici lucrari de renovare facute anterior sau construirea unei alte case. De parca dupa ce ai construit o casa esti specialist si nimeni nu mai are ce sa te invete. Acest gen de teribilism costa cel mai mult. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; - Va bazati pe experienta prietenilor, rudelor si binevoitorilor, care fara vre-un interes aparent va dau sfaturi cu nemiluita din vasta lor experienta pe care am enumerat- o la alineatul precedent. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; - Va bazati pe experienta provenita din greselile proprii si ale binevoitorilor cu care va sfatuiti, de parca o grseala ar avea un singur motiv. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"&gt;e.&lt;/b&gt; &lt;i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"&gt;Alegerea sistemului constructiv&lt;/i&gt;. Personal &amp;nbsp;trag concluzia ca americanii sunt prosti pentruca-si fac acse din lemn sau structura metalica si de restul banilor traiesc cel mai bine din lume. Insa cum la noi nimic nu se respecta, nici asta nu este valabil.
